CDS is seeking an Onsite Event Manager for product demonstrations. This role focuses on supervising teams, training staff, and ensuring outstanding service to Club members.

As the Event Manager at Club Demonstration Services, you will manage the recruitment and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. Your responsibilities include overseeing product preparation and presentation while maintaining food safety. You will serve as a vital communication link between warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, particularly during new location openings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train part time product demonstration staff
• Oversee food safety and product presentation
• Train staff on effective customer service techniques




• Facilitate communication among managers and team members
• Participate in grand openings of new locations

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• 2-4 years in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Strong detail orientation and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead reliable teams
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced settings
