About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the transformation of a successful business into a distinguished luxury brand. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this evolution, with a focus on customer experience and trust. This role is pivotal in driving the brand's voice and presence in the luxury travel sector, leading PR as a growth strategy, and ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric representation of the brand across all channels. The VP will also be responsible for integrated marketing lead generation, building and executing content and community strategies,



and leading a team to meet clear KPIs and foster a test-and-learn culture.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in integrated marketing, brand, or content leadership, with at least 10 years in leadership roles. Direct experience in PR, social media, and brand development is essential, as is a proven track record of growing organic and earned channels. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with hard KPIs, budget accountability, and has experience in a diverse, entrepreneurial marketing environment. A background in luxury, travel, hospitality, or a similar considered-purchase category is a strong plus. The VP will be measured on the success of the brand's marketing efforts, including lead generation and the growth of the brand's share of voice, and must be adept at operating in a quick-paced, dynamic business setting.
