You'll support complex Ag Production financing and collaborate closely with other internal teams and financial institutions to deliver a seamless customer experience. and completing administrative tasks with speed and accuracyJoin customer visits to farms and offices, and represent FCC at industry events and meetingsWhat you'll bring to the teamRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administrationA minimum of one year of related administrative or financial experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Specialized knowledge of lending and loan administration processesHands-on experience applying lending and loan administration procedures, including preparing loan documentation and ensuring adherence to lending policiesAbility to interpret complex financial statements for accurate data entryPreferred qualifications:Customer service and administration experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory settingExperience working collaboratively across teams to achieve alignment and deliver outcomes that enhance customer satisfactionValid drivers licenseNot sure you meet every requirement?
