Vos principales responsabilits: Effectuer des appels sortants pour le suivi des essais routiers, des demandes en ligne et des leads gnrs. tre le point de contact principal pour les clients durant tout le processus dachat.

Offrir une exprience personnalise et haut de gamme chaque interaction.

Grer efficacement le volume dappels tout en maintenant un excellent niveau de service.

Collaborer avec les diffrentes quipes pour assurer un parcours client fluide et professionnel .

Votre profil: Exprience en centre de contact , ventes internes ou service client haut de gamme .

Excellentes habilets de communication en franais et en anglais (bilingue requis).
