Job Description Technical Support Specialist Informatica IDMC, MDM & Data Catalog Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid: 3 days in office Skills: Master Data Management_Informatica (MDM) Experience Required: 6-8 Years Must Have 5+ years of experience with Informatica platforms, including IDMC.

Robust understanding of platform architecture, agent deployment, and VM management.

Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and hybrid deployments.

Familiarity with platform monitoring tools and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Data Discovery & Cataloging: Experience with automated data scanning and cataloging tools (e.g., Informatica Data Catalog).

Metadata Management: Ability to manage metadata across diverse environments.

Data Lineage: Understanding of lineage visualization and impact analysis.

Business Glossary: Exposure to glossary creation and stewardship workflows.

Sensitive Data Discovery: Awareness of data privacy, classification, and compliance techniques.

Policy Management: Basic knowledge of data access and usage policy frameworks.
