Roles and Responsibilities: Performing installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.

Installing, repairing and diagnosing propane gas systems.

Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.

Fixing issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.

Installing pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.

Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.

Advising clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems Qualifications: Journeyman certificate (Plumbing&Gas; preferred) 5+ years of plumbing experience in a commercial setting.

Goal oriented and robust attention to detail.

Valid driver''s license and clean driver''s abstract.

Able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Has own trade tools. 1st to 4th year Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbing/Gas certifications are considered an asset.
