A rare opportunity to join their team has come available as a Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Manager(remote). SALARY: Up to 113K + Benefits Responsibilities: Responsible for processing payroll Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time (hourly and salaried) Manage, lead and implement new payroll system Work closely with payroll and benefits administrator with day to day payroll duties along with the system implementation.

Balance and remit bi-weekly and weekly payroll Prepare intercompany payroll entries Process new hires, terminations, ROEs and other changes Track paid time off entitlements Manage employees benefits program Complete year end activities such as T4s Maintain employee records and files Other projects as assigned Review, train,



and mentor payroll and benefits administrator Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger to bank statements Other duties/requirements as assigned Qualifications: (1) PCP required, PLP is a plus (2) 5+years of experience with processing multiple payroll runs weekly (3) 2+ years e xperience in either a standalone payroll role or experience leading a small payroll team (4) Payroll accounting knowledge, journal entries for payroll etc (5) Bilingual (6) Strong communicator, presents well (7) ADP Workforce Now - very nice to have AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
