Steele Hotels is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor to join its growing team at Sinbads Hotel & Suites in Gander, NL.

The ideal candidate would possess a positive can-do attitude, and a high level of professionalism, coupled with a strong work ethic and customer service skills.

This often involves working in fast-paced environment conditions at varying times throughout the day or night.

The Dining Room Supervisor will report directly to the Manager of Sinbads Hotel and Suites and take a leading management role when required.

As part of this role, the Dining Room Supervisor will serve as the Manager on Duty every second weekend.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all dining room and banquet staff following performance management guidelines Providing excellent and timely customer service while greeting and serving guests Complete weekly scheduling of service staff Train all serving staff on all procedures,
