What you will be doing: Reporting to the

Recreation

Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional,friendlyand engaging services Follow departmental policies,proceduresand service standards Maintain cleanliness of Pool, Kids, and

Games

Rooms, Health Club, Recreation areas including Tennis Courts, Outdoor Activity Centre, Change Rooms, and the Boathouse Assistwithspecial eventsand activities as requiredincluding organizing waivers Responsible for float and management of all revenues during shift from rentals of equipment and sales of merchandise Conduct and enhance departmental orientation and training for all new Recreation Colleagues Assistwith planning, organizing and leading childrens programs and Kids Camp for conference, and hotel package groups Assistwith weekly Departmental audits Submit weekly month end inventory counts Assistwith familiarizing guests and colleagues to the Recreation facilities Conduct History tours, nature walks,hikes, bike rides, and boat tours as necessary Process guest checks ina timelyand efficient manner Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Experience with outdoor activities kayaking, canoeing, biking,



and hikingrequired Experience with childrenrequired Minimum1-yearsupervisory experiencerequired Comprehensive background checkrequired Current First Aid and CPR certificationrequired Pleasure Craft Operators Cardrequired Pro Serve certificationrequired Excellent communication and organizational skills Robust interpersonal andproblem-solvingabilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision Ability to focus attention on guest needs,remainingcalm and courteous at all times Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
