Your Newpany Our client is a well-regarded real estate organization focused on property ownership, management, and development Operates a diverse portfolio ofmercial properties in downtown Calgary Built on strong core values including integrity, customer service, innovation, and accountability Known for fostering a cooperative, professional, and growth-oriented workplace culture Your New Role As a Building Operator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of downtown Calgary buildings Responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships while ensuring building systems operate efficiently Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager Work variable shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation Maintaining detailed logs, maintenance records,
