Create schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective solutions.

Coordinate restaurant maintenance and equipment follow-up to ensure an exceptional guest environment.

Analyze operational results and implement action plans that support continuous improvement.

Lead by example through strong leadership, a positive attitude,
