Job Description Deployment Lead Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management Hybrid: Toronto - 4 days a week in office Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion, TSYS to TSYS.

Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal TD and external vendor teams.

Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.

Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout.

Manage setting collisions across Cortez/non-Cortez workstreams.

Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform.

Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams.
