Partner with the facilities team to nurture all aspects of the cultivation process including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis Facilitate the trimming process of dried cannabis flowers while following WMMC guidelines and ensuring the products exceed industry standards Elevate the operations of the facility by recommending opportunities for improvement,

Prior working experience in the Cannabis industry along with knowledge of best practices related to cultivating dry cannabis(an equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered when creating our talent pool) This role is in one of Auroras Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified plants and works directly with products.
