Annual Salary Range: Range $57,000 to $70,000.

Typical hiring range $60,000 to $67,000 Employment Type: Permanent, Full time Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) Reporting Manager: Manager, Annual Giving Benefits: Extended Health Benefits and eligibility to participate in the BC Municipal Pension Plan Role Overview The Coordinator, Annual Giving plays a key role in the successful delivery of the Foundation''s Annual Giving fundraising programs and initiatives.

This role coordinates the implementation of annual fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship and recognition activities, operational processes, and cross-functional projects that support donor engagement and revenue growth.

Working collaboratively across the Foundation, the Coordinator ensures fundraising activities are executed efficiently, donor records and systems are maintained with accuracy, and donors receive an exceptional experience through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of Annual Giving fundraising programs, including direct mail, digital giving, tribute giving, grateful patient initiatives, and other annual fundraising campaigns, ensuring activities are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Coordinate the implementation of donor development initiatives that support the Foundation''s Annual Giving strategy, including donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, tribute giving, grateful patient, and annual donor programs.

Coordinate donor recognition and tribute giving activities, including donor and family support, tribute correspondence, online giving, funeral home initiatives, and the maintenance of accurate donor records within Raiser''s Edge.

Coordinate the operational processes, systems,



and administrative workflows that support the effective delivery of the Annual Giving program, identifying process improvements and escalating issues as appropriate.

Respond to donor and public inquiries, providing exceptional donor service and ensuring requests are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate the tracking and reconciliation of Annual Giving program expenses and provide administrative support for budget monitoring and reporting.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of donor information and campaign data within Raiser''s Edge to support fundraising, stewardship, and reporting activities.

Coordinate assigned Annual Giving projects and campaign deliverables, ensuring timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.

Collaborate with colleagues across the Foundation, including the Corporate Partnerships team, to coordinate Future Leaders initiatives, committee support, and event logistics.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform additional related duties as required Qualifications & Experience Successful completion of a post-secondary program in fundraising, business administration, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 24 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, project coordination, or a related field.

Experience coordinating fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship activities, or project-based initiatives is considered an asset.

Experience maintaining donor databases, preferably Raiser''s Edge.





Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power

Point required.

As a not-for-profit foundation entrusted with donor funds and community partnerships, the successful candidate must complete and pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
