Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (5+ years) to support Agile delivery using Pega-based solutions Join a Distribution Technology team supporting enterprise-scale initiatives focused on business process modernization, workflow optimization, and client acquisition capabilities.

This role works across Agile delivery teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and support implementation activities using Pega solutions.

The position offers exposure to high-profile banking initiatives and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.

There is potential for long-term engagement and extension.

Contract, Hybrid (Wednesday & Third Friday) 12 months Must Haves 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments 5+ years working in Agile delivery teams with Jira backlog management 3+ years working with Pega platforms, including requirements elicitation , process mapping ,



and workflow analysis UAT and SIT support within financial services or banking environments Post-secondary education Nice to Have Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification Pega System Architect (CSA) certification Previous experience within a major Canadian financial institution Experience supporting Distribution, Retail Banking, Cards, Lending, or Client Acquisition initiatives Confluence experience Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders Analyze current and future state business processes and workflows Create user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications Manage and maintain Agile backlogs in Jira Collaborate with Product Owners on prioritization and sprint planning activities Work with Pega developers and solution architects to support implementation of business requirements Support SIT and UAT activities including defect triage and resolution
