Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products Plan and co-ordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses and other purposes Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens Plant and move trees Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
