Our client, a well-established, privately held Canadian manufacturer of building materials, is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting to join its finance team.

With vertically integrated operations spanning 6 Countries, the company supports high-volume residential and commercial manufacturing operations.

This is an exceptional prospect for a cost accounting-minded finance professional to drive standardized cost tracking, intercompany transfer pricing, and plant performance benchmarking across a large, multi-plant network - with direct exposure to corporate FP&A; and strategic decision-making.

ensuring alignment between shipping and receiving plants within the ERP system Document transfer pricing methodologies to support corporate tax and internal compliance requirements Build and maintain KPI dashboards to rank and compare plant efficiency and profitability Assist Senior Financial Analysts with annual operational budgets and monthly rolling forecasts Analyze product line and plant-specific margins to guide corporate pricing strategy Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly preferred Minimum 3-10 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience within manufacturing; building materials or roofing industry experience is a plus Hands-on experience with the JDE; advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with Power BI or Reports Now familiarity considered an asset This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client''s organization.
