Responsibilities Responsibilities Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and help identify possible approaches to achieving the capability changes needed to support business outcomes Manages & coordinates, and in some cases facilitates learning programs through all phases including initiation, development, implementation / delivery, adoption, maximization, review, etc.
