JOB REQUISITION Associ(e) principal(e) (Ressources de gestion) LOCATION CAN MONTREAL JOB DESCRIPTION titre d associ(e) principal(e) , vous devrez dvelopper, accrotre et entretenir les relations avec les clients; commercialiser nos services par vido, par tlphone et par des runions en personne avec des clients nouveaux et existants afin de dvelopper lutilisation de nos services tout en offrant une exprience client exceptionnelle; identifier et discuter des initiatives de projets futurs avec les clients; sassurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites et faire correspondre les comptences des entrepreneurs aux exigences de lengagement du client, en prsentant des entrepreneurs hautement qualifis au client; participer aux associations professionnelles du secteur afin daccrotre notre prsence au sein de la communaut financire et comptable locale.

Qualifications Diplme en comptabilit ou en finance de prfrence.

Titre(s) MBA et/ou CPA (un atout important); autres titres professionnels souhaits: CIA, CMA et CISA.

Une exprience de plus de 5ans dans un environnement des Big 4 ou dexpertise comptable/consultation internationale de prfrence.

Excellentes comptences en matire de dveloppement commercial, de recrutement, de ngociation, de communication et de rsolution de problmes.

Capacit dfinir et discuter des exigences du projet avec des cadres suprieurs.
