Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate UX Designer (5+ years) to transform complex business banking experiences using Figma, wireframing, and prototyping Join a project-focused business banking team delivering customer-centric digital experiences within a fast-paced workplace.

This role focuses on transforming complex problems into intuitive user experiences through ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and experience innovation.

The position offers close collaboration with development teams and visibility across internal and external stakeholders.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days a week Front Street 6 months Must Haves 5+ years in UX design delivering wireframes , prototypes , and cross channel experiences Expertise with Figma , Axure , and Adobe Creative Suite Creation of sketches , wireframes , specifications , storyboards , and prototypes User-centered design , problem solving ,



and data visualization design for personalized dashboards and complex flows A degree in design or a design-related discipline including industrial design, user-centred design, design strategy, design management, human factors, or human-computer interaction Nice to Have Business banking or FI experience Expertise using AI-driven tools to generate or transform assets Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and customer research Understanding of web and mobile technologies Responsibilities Transform complex problems into elegant user experiences Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards Develop concepts and experience innovation initiatives Collaborate with development teams to ensure design intent is achieved Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and customer research Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales to stakeholders
