As a Meat Clerk at our James Bay store, youll be responsible for handling, preparing, and displaying a variety of meat products.

Responsibilities: Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and package meat according to quality standards.

Display and Presentation: Arrange and label meat products in display cases, ensuring freshness and rotation.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and communicate restocking needs.

Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
