Job Title: Project Manager Finance IT Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Lead the delivery of Finance IT initiatives across Finance Transformation, Reporting Excellence, IFRS, Treasury, and Corporate Finance domains Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance across multiple technology and business teams Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business priorities into executable project plans, delivery roadmaps, and milestones Drive Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies across cross-functional project teams Coordinate vendors, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project execution Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, steering committee materials, and governance updates Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges Ensure compliance with audit, risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements within a highly governed financial workplace Track project KPIs, milestones, budgets, benefits realization, and overall delivery performance Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications Manage change requests and ensure alignment with approved scope, business objectives, and delivery priorities Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance Finance IT processes, delivery efficiency, and business outcomes
