Job Description Job Title: Senior Power BI & Power Platform Developer Experience: 810 Years Primary Skills: Power BI, Power Platform, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Data Modeling Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Power Platform Developer to design and deliver scalable business intelligence, reporting, and automation solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse , along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

Build and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL .

Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to automate business and reporting processes.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

Integrate data from SQL Server, Share

Point, Azure, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems .

Implement data governance, validation,



security, and Row-Level Security (RLS) .

Perform report and dataset performance tuning, troubleshooting, and refresh optimization.

Collaborate with business users, project teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver reporting enhancements.

Provide technical documentation, user training, and production support.

Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging features.

Required / Preferred Skills Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M) .

Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) .

Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse .

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL .

Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data architecture .

Experience with Azure Data Services and Share

Point integration.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and RLS.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.
