Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.

Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.

Stock and display products with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.

Monitor code dates and product quality to ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).

Receive product and unload freight, ensuring produce is correctly stored.

Prepare ready-to-eat produce products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.

Maintain a clean and organized department.

Support and follow Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.

Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Strongly service-oriented, motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.

Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.

Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as standing, kneeling, crouching, regular heavy lifting, and frequent use of a pallet jack.

Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Familiar with Food Protected procedures and practices.

Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
