Alta is seeking a Certified Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our Alberta Generation Services team.

Reporting to the Shop Foreman, Maintenance.

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized individual who thrives in a challenging work setting and believes in a high standard of safety in all activities while ensuring that assignments are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

This position is located at our Highvale Mine (Sun

Hills) site, located just south of Wabamun Lake, approximately 65 kilometers west of Edmonton, Alberta.

This in an IBEW Local 254 position covered by the terms of the collective agreement. A DAY IN THE LIFE Providing maintenance, installation,
