At Avanade, the Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) is a senior client leadership role responsible for driving growth, shaping opportunities, and delivering client business outcomes across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

As a Senior Manager MTAL, you will operate at the intersection of sales, solutioning, and delivery, leading conversations with senior client stakeholders to define where and why Microsoft technology can unlock business value.

You will act as a trusted advisor and orchestratoraligning teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
