As a result of continuously growing our professional team, our client has requested Qualifieds support in locating a Senior Die Designer for an exciting and challenging career chance.

Their stamping processes utilize both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing progressive,



transfer and line dies Interacting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up Providing technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing process Maintaining documentation records of complete die design Creating process layouts for part data Develop trim lines/ morph surfaces/troubleshoot QUALIFICATIONS: 7-10 years tool design experience Solid background in metal stamping, an asset Skills in 3D design and Solid Modelling Auto

Form experience, an asset ProE/Creo 7.0 experience required NX experience, an asset Ability to train juniors in design Ability to work independently Our goal is to attract talented and motivated individuals who possess the desire to excel in their field to join our client.
