SUMMARY Our client is seeking a skilled Millwright to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, on an early afternoon shift (12 or 1pm starting) .

This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and maintaining optimal operational performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in keeping equipment running efficiently and safely.

RESPONSIBILITIES Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and production equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs and installations Fabricate or modify mechanical components as required Support equipment upgrades, retrofits,



and new machinery installations Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance Mentor apprentices and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing QUALIFICATIONS 433A Millwright license or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, climbing, standing) Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel as required APPLICATION If you are a hands-on Millwright looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
