Job title: ADM Support Specialist (Aftersales - Automotive)

Behind every iconic drive is a team making sure aftercare is just as legendary. We're hiring a sharp automotive pro to support global Accident Damage Management across an elite collision and dealership network. You'll own Accident Access Management-a neglected area craving stronger oversight-while driving revenue, retention, and customer engagement back into sales channels. From coordinating certified repair programs and nomination processes to building Excel dashboards and handling procurement, you'll turn complex logistics into seamless action. If you geek out on process, thrive across multiple stakeholders, and believe excellence lives in the details, this fast-paced role was built for you.

If you excel at coordinating complex dealer support systems and have a knack for automotive parts and collision program logistics, this Aftersales Administrative Coordinator role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency across our entire network.
