Tasks Lead, motivate, and develop the quality team to achieve established objectives.

Plan daily priorities and ensure the efficient allocation of quality control activities.

Ensure the implementation, continuous improvement, and maintenance of quality management programs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and recognized food safety standards.

Supervise validations, inspections, and verifications conducted throughout the production process.

Review and approve quality-related documents, reports, and records.

Coordinate the management of quality deviations, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.

Manage customer complaint files and ensure appropriate follow-up on action plans.

Participate in the preparation and execution of internal, external, and certification audits.

Collaborate with various departments to effectively resolve quality-related issues.

Implement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, food safety, and operational performance.

Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements University degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a food manufacturing environment.

Previous team supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Experience managing audits and monitoring corrective actions.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

Bilingualism in French and English to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients (approximately 50% of the time).
