Job Description Printing Clerk Be part of a fast-paced operation supporting print production, document processing, and mailroom services.

Play a key role in delivering high-quality results while helping maintain efficient workflows and exceptional service standards.

What is in it for you: Hourly salary of $17.95. 5-month contract.

Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

On-site work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.

Perform mailroom tasks, including sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.

Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log or report production activities.

Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.

Interact professionally with clients and end-users, provide support, and escalate issues as needed.

Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering office and production supplies.

Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.





What you will need to succeed: Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional working environment.

Experience in a client-facing workplace.

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.

Ability to operate digital and colour print equipment.

Ability to operate mailroom, finishing, and related production equipment.

Ability to remain on your feet for approximately 80% of the workday.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Valid driver''s license.

Required soft skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
