We are an authorized kids retailer of brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Psycho Bunny, Emporio Armani, Lacoste and Michael Kors.

This is not volume retail this is consultative selling and personal styling.

Key Responsibilities: Client Experience & Styling Provide personalized, consultative styling Build complete outfits and recommend add-ons Develop strong,



lasting client relationships Sales & Performance Achieve individual and store sales targets Drive average transaction value and units per sale Stay informed on product knowledge, fit, and trends Store Presentation Maintain a polished, boutique-level environment Support visual merchandising and floor standards Operations Assist with inventory accuracy and receiving Support daily store processes and organization Supervisor Responsibilities (when applicable): Lead the sales floor during key hours or in managements absence Coach team members to improve performance Support scheduling, task delegation, and execution Ensure a consistent, high-level client experience Assist in purchasing.
