Job Title: Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior Location: Toronto Work Model: Onsite Duration: 8 months Extension: 1 Time Security Clearance: CRJMC Must Haves 10+ years experience sustaining (e.g., administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems.
At least 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
Experience with OIAM 12C is preferred. 10+ years experience triaging, analysing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems, especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies. 10+ years experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.
Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
Description / Responsibilities / Skills Support PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure Environments Backing up or recovering service components (e.g., associated data or configurations).
Tuning service components.
Assessing the impacts of changes on OPS Secure, including changes raised by clients and service providers (e.g., ITS, Compu
Com, Telus).
Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
Provide on-call support for the PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure production environments 24x7.
Participate in incident management activities as an incident analyst, or tier-2/tier-3 SME.
Client Integration Support Analyzing client technical requirements, designing approaches/solutions.
Describing patterns related to integration approaches/solutions.
Developing processes and plans that support the application of patterns.
Constructing, testing, and deploying solutions.
Developing utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.
Documenting approaches/solutions.
Support Posture Improvement Developing requirements for support tools.
Evaluating and recommending tools.
Installing and configuring tools.
Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g., scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures or other).
Sustainment of Large Application Implementations 10+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle IAM Suite, OHS, Tomcat, IIS, IBM Server, Apache, IBM Web
Sphere, Oracle database 19c, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX and Linux.
Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, and Capacity Management.
Knowledge and understanding of IT security technologies, particularly PKI, PMI and SSL.
Quality Assurance 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g., AIM) or equivalents.
Deliverables Documented maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
Developed utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.
Documented approaches/solutions for client integrations.
Developed, tested, and deployed programmatic constructs (e.g., scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures or other).
Experience & Skill Set Requirements Sustainment of Large Identity Systems: 40% At least 4 years experience must be related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users. 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations. 2+ years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g., Big Brother).
Knowledge and understanding of IT security technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as public key infrastructure (PKI), privilege management infrastructure (PMI) and secure sockets layer (SSL).
Sustainment of Large Application Implementations: 30% 10+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, OHS, Tomcat, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM Server, Apache, IBM Web
Sphere, Oracle database 19c, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX and Linux.
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.
Incident and Problem Management: 20% Experience with decision making processes.
Quality Assurance 10% Experience with automated testing tools, such as Team Foundation Server (TFS). 3+ years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g., Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)) or equivalents.
