Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Install electrical controls and panel boxes Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes Install underground wiring and cables Splice, join and connect wires Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits Troubleshoot and isolate faults Install surface mount and/or overhead cables Conduct preventive maintenance programs Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components Workplace information On the road job Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
