The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing manufacturing equipment while supporting a strong culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions and irregularities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment Perform preventative maintenance as assigned Adjust, repair, fabricate, and replace defective machinery components Install and maintain stationary machinery and equipment Provide maintenance support throughout the manufacturing facility Assist with the installation of new equipment Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright certification required Minimum 3 years of Millwright experience in a heavy industrial environment Previous welding experience required Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an asset Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as required Schedule Rotating 3-shift rotation: Days, Afternoons, and Midnights 8-hour shifts Standard 40-hour work week Overtime frequently required during maintenance, breakdowns, and plant shutdowns Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts may also be required depending on operational needs Compensation $45.57/hour $3.70/hour Cost of Living Allowance Afternoon shift premium: $0.75/hour Midnight shift premium: $1.00/hour Duration: Direct Hire How to Apply: Apply & Receive offers NOW!
