Oversee financial planning and analysis for capital campaigns and fundraising efforts.

Maintain the GL and all accounts by effectively managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.

Ensure that all statutory requirement are met.





Identify and implement technological solutions, such as transitioning from manual processes to enhance efficiency.

Provide financial and planning guidance to the CEO and leadership team to drive business forward.

Lead and manage one direct report responsible for payments, AR, and AP.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience, ideally in a non-profit setting. CPA highly preferred.

Experience managing the full scope of finance including month-end, year-end, audit, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and operational finance.

Open to candidates from public accounting at the Manager level, particularly those with non-profit client experience.

Ability to work effectively with diverse leadership team members.

Humility, kindness, and a collaborative ''business partner'' mindset.

Strong aptitude for growth, with the potential to take on IT and operational responsibilities.
