About
Our client, a leading organization within the financial services sector, is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a growing portfolio of initiatives within a Capital Markets environment.

This team is responsible for delivering business and technology solutions across a variety of strategic projects, including regulatory, client onboarding, and investment-related initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for Business Analysts who thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments and enjoy partnering with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

Requirements
3+ years' experience working in an investments/capital markets technology group – to liaise with stakeholders and deliver value to the understanding of the required technology changes.
7+ years of gathering requirements in a large/enterprise level company
Experience as a business systems analyst who understands products, process and technology enablement
Strong experience with the SDLC lifecycle and working in an iterative environment (some agile experience)
Worked with enterprise tracing tools such as Jira/Confluence
Strong experience with managing high level stakeholders on both business and IT
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
