Home Support Workers are an integral part of a health care team, and in this role, you will encourage, support, and promote independence for patients in home and community care settings by assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of our Personal Support Manager.
We are looking for Home Support Workers (HSWs) to help us bring patient and family-centered care to in patients in the Trentonarea.

Care
Partners HSWs provide qualified, compassionate care in homes and residences in the community. HSWs assist with activities of daily living, allowing patients and families to live life to the fullest with dignity and independence: Bathing, showering, personal hygiene

Light housekeeping
Bowel/bladder care
Socializing and companionshipA caring nature and willingness to help others through excellent customer serviceA desire to support your community and enhance someone's quality of life
Ability to attend the full time training programA valid driver's license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance

Partners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we've been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
