Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Automation Engineer to support a large enterprise banking client undergoing a major shift in how they manage vulnerability remediation and operational automation.
This team is evolving from traditional patch management into owning end-to-end automation capabilities across the enterprise, starting with a key internal platform.
The objective is to enable applications to be safely restarted at any time, respond to zero-day vulnerabilities at scale, and eliminate large, manual bridge processes currently used to mitigate risk.
The long-term goal is to design and deliver a standardized, modular automation framework built on Ansible AAP2 / Ansible Tower that application teams can plug into independently.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or Dev
Ops role.
This is a highly specialized engineering profile that sits between infrastructure and application teams, focused on integration, orchestration, and automation at scale.
