You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a field technical services supervisor, which we call team lead - field services. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the field services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:

Motivate and inspire your team to bring their whole selves to work when helping customers

Manage recruitment, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the field services team

Create an amazing customer experience when providing delivery and installation services

Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to their questions

Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

1 year of similar experience in a leadership role

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

Successful completion of criminal background check

Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers





Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced setting
