Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Application Technician for a direct hire opportunity based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is ideal for an experienced welding professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, customer support, equipment demonstrations, training, and field-based troubleshooting.

The Welding Application Technician will support customers, partners, distributors, and internal sales teams across Ontario, with exposure to both manual and robotic welding systems. This opportunity offers a balanced work arrangement with time split between the office and field, along with strong compensation, a company vehicle, paid time off, and RRSP matching for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical welding application support to customers, partners, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct weld demonstrations, technical presentations, equipment configuration support, and application consultations.




- Deliver training for customers, distributors, sales personnel, and new product launches.
- Troubleshoot, test, optimize, and document manual and robotic welding applications both on-site and remotely.
- Prepare technical reports, welding test results, and customer feedback summaries.
- Assist with installation, retrofit, and technical support for manual and robotic welding equipment.

Compensation and Perks

- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 8G6.
- Work arrangement: Approximately 50 percent in office and 50 percent field work.
