With over 10 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing workplace, you will develop and implement health and safety policies across our plants in Canada and the U.S. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain a robust safety culture, conducting audits, and utilizing data analytics to prevent incidents. Your leadership will help build a high-performing team dedicated to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement health and safety vision and culture
- Conduct macro-level risk assessments for workplace hazards




- Manage safety audits and inspections across all facilities
- Lead training programs and safety drills for staff
- Represent the company on industry safety committees

Requirements:

- 10+ years of health and safety leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with OHS diploma preferred
- Professional designation in safety (CRSP/CSP preferred)
- Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and safety management software
