Job DescriptionLead the planning, development, and execution ofhardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitabilityCollaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutionsOversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality controlEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesBuild and maintain robust client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications5+ years of experiencein hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projectsMust have strong Constructing Estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winningProven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1MStrong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscapeAbility to read blueprints and work with architects and engineersExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skillsUnderstanding of construction safety standards and regulationsExperience working with developers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders
