Job Title: Dynatrace Solution Architect / Senior Dynatrace SME
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Canada Remote

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and integration of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across enterprise environments. The role will be responsible for defining observability architectures, implementing best practices, integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow and CMDB platforms, and enabling operational teams through documentation, training, and mentoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8-9 Years Overall IT Experience
- 5 Years of Hands-on Dynatrace Experience
- Experience with enterprise observability, AIOps, ServiceNow, CMDB, and large-scale monitoring implementations
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, AIOps,



and Observability practices

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification
- ServiceNow Integration or CMDB experience
- Experience designing enterprise monitoring architectures

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-scale Dynatrace monitoring solutions
- Lead integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to monitoring and operations teams
