Full Job Description

AYR Motor Express is growing our team and we are seeking a Dispatch Customs Coordinator to work n our Woodstock, NB office. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for creating the ACE and ACI, clearing loads, placing loads in/out of bond, making and changing appointments, entering load orders, tracking and tracing. This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with Drivers, Dispatchers, and the Management Team.

Duties as follows:

- identify what loads require clearance, prioritize and clear
- ACE and ACI set up - using in house systems and portals
- Data entry, correct data entered by Dispatch and Brokers to ensure timely processing
- follow up with brokers, drivers, and operations to ensure all documents are completed
- verifying clearances and entry numbers
- placing loads in/out of the bond shed
- assisting Drivers with documents and clearing
- As required perform other duties as assigned by Operations/Dispatch management.

Skills and Experience

- Experience working with customs documentation required
- Strong computer, data entry and communication skills
- Experience with TruckMate, the portal, bond sheds




- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize
