We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruiter who can thrive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment. This hybrid role combines recruitment with administrative coordination, ensuring candidates are successfully hired, onboarded, trained, and ready to begin work with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Match qualified candidates with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and job offers.
- Complete candidate onboarding and employment documentation.
- Verify work authorization and required certifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and internal database.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with employees regarding attendance, availability, and assignment updates.
- Support recruiters and account managers with urgent hiring requirements and high-volume recruitment projects.

Administrative Coordination:

- Monitor document expiry dates and follow up on renewals when required.
- Support client compliance requirements b* Coordinate and schedule mandatory employee training prior to assignment, including **WHMIS, Worker Health & Safety Awareness (WHSA), GMP, Food Safety**, and other client-specific training requirements.
- Track training completion and ensure all compliance requirements are met before employees begin work.
- Upload, organize, and maintain employee files, training records, certifications, and onboarding documents within internal systems.
- Coordinate employee schedules for onboarding sessions and mandatory training.




- Prepare onboarding packages and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.y ensuring all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and generate reports as required.
- Assist with payroll administration by tracking timesheets and resolving documentation discrepancies.
- Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful workforce deployment.
- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience is considered a strong asset.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, food production, bakery, warehouse, or industrial positions is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software/ATS.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
