Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic fitness associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to educate clients about our fitness facility and services, and effective time management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Duties

- Provide basic customer service, including use of a POS system for transactions, registration of new memberships, and booking field times.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Educate customers on facility features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the fitness area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.




- Adhere to and enforce facility policies and procedures.

Experience

- Must have a background in athletics/sport
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing nature is ideal
- Looks to give back to the community through the means of organized sport training
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate others within the team
- Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
