Job Description

J & C Commercial Cleaning Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the common areas of three condominium buildings in the South Keys area.

This is a permanent part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate must be dependable, able to work independently, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality cleaning.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain condominium lobbies and entrance areas
- Vacuum and mop hallways and common areas
- Clean elevators, including mirrors, doors, buttons, and stainless-steel surfaces
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and change rooms
- Empty garbage and recycling containers
- Clean fitness and recreational areas
- Dust ledges, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Clean interior glass, doors, and windows as required
- Sweep entrances and remove visible debris
- Refill paper products and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance concerns, damage, or supply shortages
- Complete all assigned duties within the scheduled time
- Secure the buildings and return keys and access fobs as required

Requirements

- Previous commercial, condominium, or residential cleaning experience is preferred
- Must be reliable and able to work every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday




- Must be comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Must have reliable transportation to the South Keys area
- Must have a working cellphone for communication and quality-control reporting
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- A vulnerable sector or police background check may be required
