Responsibilities

" Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to confirm order details.
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with farm staff to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.




- Support sales initiatives through upselling and promoting farm products.
- Use analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills."

Qualifications

" Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.

- Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
