Duties

- Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and handling cash transactions with care.
- Serve customers efficiently, providing friendly assistance and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.




- Handle cash accurately, balance registers at shift end, and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
